2011 Photography Session Prices

Unfortunately the time has come for me to not only raise my prices but to also pull the ever so loved DVD. There are WAY to many people who take advantage of the DVD promotion that I've been running for the last few years and the privilege has been abused. When releasing the DVD along with the PRINT release form, I am releasing PRINTING rights only, but, a lot of people have taken the images that I've not only taken with my camera, but put time into editing and touching up, and re-edit or re-touch up. I can't be having this because then the digital image with MY camera information as well as my name becomes something entirely different than what I've intended it to. Most of what I've seen isn't something that I would put my name on so it needs to come to a stop immediately.

Another reason for my decision is because I honestly and truly believe that my works is worth A LOT more than a 19 cent Walgreens print and I want to see my hard work printed on paper that is going to last LONGER than the memories created the day of the session. I put a lot of work and effort into not only each shoot, but each edited image, and I want to see all that work represented properly.

I have not made this decision light heartedly and I know a lot of you whom I service now probably won't be returning to my studio and that does make me quite sad, but my studio needs to grow and this is the direction I need to head in in order to be successful.

Also: These new prices go for EVERYONE. There will be NO MORE discounts or specials, everyone, regardless of who you are will be charged the same. I've bent and stretched and tried to help but most of the time I've been taken advantage of or not paid at all so the deals and discounts are going to stop as well.

Session Prices:
-Newborn Session Under 14 days Old: $200 Session Fee | $75 Print Credit Included
-Infant Session up to 12 Months: $100 Session Fee*
-Smash Cake Session – First Birthday Only: $150 Session Fee*
-Toddlers and Children - Up to 6 Years Old: $75 Session Fee*

All session fees include ONE child; add $25 for each additional child.

*Session fees DO NOT include prints or digital images unless otherwise stated.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a deposit of 50% required within 7 days of booking in order to hold your reservation. This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another date if a cancellation occurs. The remaining half of the session fee is due the day of the session, by cash or check, made payable to Jenn’s Photo. Sorry no credit or debit cards at this time. Paypal is also accepted, information will be provided if requested.


Session Fee includes:
-Photographer’s time and talent
-Custom editing of 20 to 25 images
-Password protected online proofing gallery including 20-25 color images as well as a selection in Black and White, if requested.
-Full access to all props and costumes that are available at the time of the session
-DVD with the 20-25 gallery included PROOFS from your session in a low quality resolution, with a watermark (Currently known as Web Images). These images will not be suitable for printing.

Current and Returning Clients: Book a second session within 12 months of your regular portrait session and receive 50% off of your session fee.

Ordering Information:
-A gallery for you to view and order from will be available within 7 days of your session.
-All orders must be placed within 14 days of posting or a $15 late fee will be applied to your order.
-All galleries will include at least 20-25 custom edited images to choose from.

Detailed Session information including what to expect at each session and what to bring or not bring to each session etc will be available in the upcoming weeks. That information will be posted once it's ready.

Print packages as well as session package deals will be released by the end of January.

Scheduling for your 2011 Photography Experience:
I am now taking Session Reservations for April 1st and beyond for 2011. Sessions will be VERY limited and WILL book up quickly. One of my goals for 2011 is to focus on QUALITY over QUANTITY of session.
Again, a 50% non refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your session!

Outdoor Adventures will be booked once the season is upon us and on a limited schedule as well.
Summer Outdoor adventures are held between 5:30 and 6:00 pm at a location designated at booking.
Fall Outdoor adventures are held around 4:30 -5:00 depending on the actual season. NO day time outdoor sessions will be held. The BEST and most natural, flattering lighting is in the evening hours.
